Think the Rangers will be forced into Administration. Craig Whyte seems to be a bit of a mystery. Hes either got something up his sleeve or hes a big time conman imo.
Well, I tell them there's no problem Only solutions

I'll take that as a joke!
The Rangers will never go out of business. Simply not possible. The club means too much to too many to allow that to happen. Makes a good story for the papers though.
We've heard this "you're skint" pish for the past 3 years, and in each ocassion thought it to be wise to sell our top goal scorer in january, and gone on to retain the title!
What do Rangers fans and Celtic fans have in common?... Both are obsessed with Rangers
It means so much to them that they can only get 14K home fans for a cup tie with dundee united? Got to be one of the lowest attendances since the days before souness.
For what it's worth I think you're right rangers, in some form, will survive. It'll be interesting to see how they cope over the next 2/3 years though, as I remember when celtic hit similar difficulties in the early 90s they had a few seasons of mid-table mediocrity before mccann steadied the ship.

I remember when people said Woolworths wouldn't go out of business. 'British Institution and all that'
Simply not possible? Your chairman stated last week that their is a 10 million pound shortfall between your revenue and your running costs.
You owe the taxman in excess of 50 million.
Craig Whyte isn't actually a 'Billionaire' and he was portrayed.
speaking to a lot of celtic fans yesterday i feel that they should be careful what they wish for.if rangers go belly up it will certainly imo have an adverse effect on celtic.scottish football will become a whole lolt less appealing to sponsors, investors etc and the paltry sums currently put in to the scottish game will become non existent. the scottish game is currently teetering on the edge of a very black hole.its not just rangers.clubs such as kilmarnock and hearts are on the brink with the only club on a sound financial footing being st mirren.dark days indeed ahead

Short term no one would give a fuck about being "careful what they wish for" - everyone in Scottish football wants to see the Huns go bust, we'll worry about the consequences to our game at a later date!

Whyte may be no angel, but he didn't run the club down the state it is in at present. That was "Sir" David Murray. I've stuck by and said that Whyte can't be judged until the tax bill comes through, and how he reacts and responds to that. I don't doubt there are dark days ahead. I actually agree with his comments regarding Holt. No resale value. Simple as that.
And in my opinion, he's playing absolute poverty to the tax man. It would make no sense at all to declare or show substantial bank balances, if that's the case.
Dark days ahead, but there will always be The Rangers, I have no doubts on that. To think otherwise is a timothy dillusional fantasy.
Hilarious. They deserve every bit of bad luck that will be coming towards them over the next few years. Even though I'd love to see them die , they won't.
Who would of thought in 1990 when our ( Celtic ) problems started that we would come full circle?
Love seeing the bears point the finger at david murray - you weren't complaining when he was buying title after title!
As court says it may well be a disaster if rangers go bust for scottish football as a whole but for the moment I'm not caring. Fantasy or not I'm loving it right now. "jelly and ice cream when rangers die"
but that being said i kind of 'love to hate' them. and there is no denying that if they were to become defunct there would be an adverse affect on the other teams financially, as well as losing an opponent that we all love to complain about.
Rangers wont go bust , celtic fans will gloat as I did when they were struggling early 90's , but without the old firm games scottish football as a whole would be near enough part time , and Murray did alot for rangers but at the same time he has left us in a bad state and now whyte is getting it tight from all angles but as said he needs to be judged after the tax bill farce is settled , super Allys sighning so far have been utter pish ! but he's going in with one hand behind his back as he cant spend any money , the boy who made his debut yesterday was fucking brutal !
I think it's now a question of when rather than if Rangers go into insolvency, and the big issue is whether the same club will come out of it again, or be liquidated and have to start again from scratch.
i've been to see motherwell loads of times when i was younger allways had a great time but that was the mid 80's ,but with out rangers scottish football won't last two years
Eye's right, skin back tight, bollocks to the front, we're the boy's who make more noise when we're on the cunt, we're the riders of the night, and we'd rather fuck than fight, we're the riders of the Clock end Highbury
