He's put the cat amongst the pidgeons .. Is he genuine in backing Terry ? Or looking for a way out of taking a naff team with little chance to the Euros ?
I certainly hope he's being genuine , and I totally agree , Terry should be punished by courts ..
Capello should never have given it back to Terry imo but that's a different matter. While I stand for innocent till proven guilty if I was being charged with the same offence i'd be suspended by my employers.
Think capello is being genuine , why would he want a way out ? he's on 6 million a year and deep down he would not give a fuck if england get pumped out the euro's as he's not english , the FA are a bunch of half wits .
In pretty much every profession you would be suspended pending investigation. Its the way of the world.
Do you think Terry could go do all the interviews, photo shoots, promo meets and all that crap with this hanging over him? The spotlight would all be on him and not the team, and the FA are quite right in their actions.

If hes found guilty they can just ban him from playing with the national squad , but by not backing him they are making him look half guilty before anything has been proved ? total lack of loyalty on the FA's part as they are only worried about there own image, nothing else.

A lad accuses a teacher of being racist to him. The teacher gets suspended, it could ruin his career even if he's proven innocent. It's just the way it is. Why should a footballer be any different?

Fa shouldnt have gone over the managers head tbh , they should have strait banned him in the first place if that was the line they where taking, Couldnt care less if he is found guilty or not tbh , it wont change a thing ,
Maybe the FA have seen the over-whelming video evidence and have acted swiftly in removing Terry. What if they had done nothing, it seems to me they were damned if they did and damned if they didn't do anything. This whole episode is gonna ruin what little hope England have to a successful tournament.
