First delivery attempt yesterday and card left to arrange redelivery. I logged onto their website however the delivery number on the card is not recognised. There is a QR code so I tried that but it attempts to log into a broken URL.
Second attempt today and card left again. I logged onto their website and apparently I signed for the delivery yesterday. I rang the 0844 number that basically gives me the same info and doesn't allow me to speak to anyone.
Please, please tell me they are not being used for the Oak Street.
