Not a fan , not overly fussed by the manager - but should they stay up , which I really think they will , then some fuckers need to bow their heads in shame , and show him a lot of respect. Not sure in my job I would tolerate such an amount of stick & abuse , he and his family have received. Really impressive win against Sun'land , they stay up think it'll be a great poke in the eye with a sharp stick for many -
If I was him, I would end the season on this good run. Stay in charge for the first month of Summer, maybe play one pre season friendly, play well, get the fans excited on the upcoming season. Then resign and let the press know how much you hate Blackburn and their fans.
The bottom line is that Big Fat Sam was sacked because he didn't play attractive football. They brought in someone on the cheap who they felt could bring more attractive football to Ewood park and would have the motivation on a limited budget. Kean has defensive problems, but they do score an awful lot, which makes it entertaining.

Laughed aloud at this. It conjured images of Blackburn fans sending Steve Kean impossibly hard riddles and the like.
I've found the whole situation quite intriguing all season - found it strange that the fans directed so much abuse at him when it was clearly the owners who were the real trouble-causers (and still are). He was hired by them to do a job and not given much money but the level of abuse he got was ridiculous, was like he'd shagged every single one of their mums or summat (mayby he has ). Just can't understand why the majority of their abuse/passion/hate wasn't directed towards Venky's - they're clearly a bunch clowns who have no idea how to run a football club. Yakubu was an inspired signing and it looks like they're proably going to do it. They should make all those fans who directed that level of hate at him come and apologise personally.
