It's 1.30 on a Friday afternoon, do you really think their gonna bother now. Added to the fact their breaking up for a long weekend.
Neck a couple of swift ones and get on the blower to them!
always a stressfull time moving, especially on the day, seeing all your stuff thrown around by apes. Best of luck. What I've always done is crack open a cold beer the moment after you set foot in the new place and sit back and watch the removal men earn their money. As soon as they're gone & beds are set up, f'ck hanging around the house - straight out for a curry and a few more beers. Deal with the mess in the morning

as it was gona be down to the wire they have been booked for tomorrow, so will check the place over and hit the local for tea and a good few beers
This is when it's out of your hands and IMO that's what causes the stress.
Sure they call this something like 'circles of influence' in pyschology / management speak ie there are certain things you can influence to differing degrees. Other things (outside the circles) you have no control over, theres nothing you can do to influence them so accept and get the bottle opener out. Something like that Good luck with the move mate

it wasnt to bad he was nervous as fuck and said sorry about 10 times he also left all the garden furniture and its good gear and bought us some decent champers, told him how i feel and he agreed he was in the wrong, and if am honest if he hadnt been as much as a cunt it could have easy been another month before we got it. and there was an added bonus, the back fence has been built 3ft infront of the old one, thats dropping to bits so a garden that we were already happy with is that bit bigger. the work begins now tho
