Gents, I have a cream/ beige coloured Paul & Shark typhoon jacket I'd like to have a go at dying. Can any of you give me some advice / guidance on best type of dye to use for this type of material. Thanks in advance.

I dyed a Cabourn Ivory swedish parka , used Dylon green and you just add salt , I done it twice same day and it took real well , can buy it from store or on eBay ..

What's the jacket composition?

Not 100%, Nylon/ Polyester At A Guess.

Nylon/polyester man made fibre so wont dye with dylon
your need nylon dye which needs hot temperature to much hassle leave as it is mate

You would need an acid dye for that ... Leave it be imo

The cotton parts would dye if it has any, everything else will remain the originals nylon colours.
