What do you think?, they are on about putting clocks forward by 2 hours in the summer, surely this will have an effect on the farming etc

Live life to the full and enjoy, try and help people who havn't got as much as you, you never know what tomorrow will bring!!!!

yeah it will. the russian president has fucking doing the 'clock-thing' off completely for this reasons.

I ve never understood why the whole country has to change the times on their clocks to help the farmers, surely they can just get up when its light, rather than at a certain time. I reckon if we put clocks forward 2 hours, the lighter evenings would be good for tourism, and the entertainment businesses

forward 2 hours this summer then only go back 1 hour in the winter so staying at curreent BST in the winter seems like a good thing to do IMO.

more daylight at the end of the day by doing this.

Early darker nights are bad for kids leaving school ect
Sod the farmers I say kids safety more important imo

i'm not sure farmers are to blame think this was introduced in the 1st WW to save energy and money for the war effort.

I never even gave it a moments thought as to why clocks went forwrd, it only benefits me if @ work :)

i thought the main reason the clocks change is so that for the population of the country that live inverness and further north arent in complete darkness till mid morning in the winter time?????
