Got a mate with Hilton timeshare bollox who lets me use it so we always stay in the Hilton (the big awkward looking building round the corner from Deansgate Locks) Very, very nice and it's great looking down to the streets below from the glass bottomed floor in the bar at the top (sticking out bit) Also bumped into "Rosie Webster" off Corrie in the lift which was nice :-)

Hilton hotels used to do brilliant buffet breakfasts a few years back. Proper eat the pig jobs. No idea what they're like now.

Fookin brilliant still - nothing better than to be greeted by (hello Mr.... my mates name) with respect then being shown to the table and sitting there for ages people watching and slowly stuffing myself
