my issues with the evil empire known as ebay have been well documented on here in the past so no need for me to go over old ground but ive got a right plonker trying one on at the minute. Won a shirt yesterday for a bargin price of £20 (RRP was £110), payed for it straight away and now got a message from the seller saying hes going to refund me becuase hes found a stain on the shirt....call me paranoid but something doesnt sit right with this, especially as it was supposed to be brand new. Ive asked him to provide a picture of the damage but whats the score if he cant? Cant really force him to send it I know but can I leave him bad feedback? FUCK OFF EBAY.

Not sure what the official word is mate, just threaten to leave him negative feedback if he doesn't provide a photo of the stain.

Sounds pretty typical, people don't want to set a reserve price as it costs (even if it is only 20 bloody pence!).

Chancers like this make my piss boil. Just set the auction starting price at the minimun you're willing to sell the item for, it's not rocket science.

Tell him you're not bothered about the stain and to send the shirt anyway. He'll probably try the old 'lost in the post' excuse then

Say you still want the t-shirt even though its stained and ask for even more of a discount off
