Aye mate what do you want to know, I have a very strict program and nutrition is the key to results
are you by any chance familiar with amino capsules? I'm by no means a weigh lifter of note but have started taking these amino things the past week cos I used to find I was really tired after my workouts and these were recommended to me. Now I do feel as if they're benefitial but they are having a very very strange affect, if you get my drift, and I was just wondering is this a (harmless?) side affect?
What amino is it, I take L Lysine, An essential amino acid for the healthy transportation of protein to the muscles and gains maximum results, Most Amino's are in supplememnts albeit less dose than in tablets

Got it from Holland and Barrett (half price) - called Maximum Strength Amino 1500 but precision engineered. A shed load of stuff that begins with 'L-' L-arginine, L alaine, the one you mentioned and so on in the capsule.....making me as horny as fuck and that's the truth
Yeah mate, You are taking a super amino compound, Basically all what is in protein drinks but the RMDA will be prob 200% and more on each amino, They are good, tho I use Creatine along with a low protein, high carb drink, and eat healthily. Basically they act as a testosterone booster so that prob explains what I would call a great side effect, as in been horny

Creatine has never agreed with me for whatever reason. I go for 5 or 6 small meals during the day too but it's a fucker trying to eat so often, guess that's where the protein drinks come in handy. I fear I will never reach my ultimate goals simply because of my love for cooked breakfasts though.
No mate if you train hard enough then a cooked fry up shouldnt be a problem. Gain muscle it burns fat, Eat your weight in protein daily, example you weigh 85kg, so you need 85gms a day to achieve results, Creatine also makes me moody and aggressive but thats the overload on your body and enables you train harder and focus, thats the initial aim and is produced naturally in the body anyway. Step upto an hour intense, no cardio and you will burn more fat if thats what you want. Dont stop, no rest just alternate body parts.. Cut carbs out after 4pm and lots of water and you really will see a difference in a month....

Well thanks for that. No bread, lucozade (i know, full of sugar), cereal, fruit after 4 then? Bollocks.

May as well be perfectly honest - pure vanity in my case and in all probability, insecurity. I am not in it to break the world record for the mile or anything.
Appreciate your honesty mate. Just think it could be a slippery slope IMO. You wanna get healthy fair play, train. Half the stuff you bung down your throat you piss and sweat out anyway because your body can't absorb it all. Plus you've gotta stop taking it all at some point. Then the only way is these

Well let's hope that can be avoided. I would think you could take worse thing than the old amino acids to be fair. Wouldn't touch steroids but thanks for the words.
Just to add there is a big misconception about steroids, Steroids are fine if used properley, but unfortunately what tends to happen is a bodybuilder will achieve rapid results and usually abuse them to achieve greater results and they take continuously, which then causes problems, There are some steroids out there that have no side effects and achieve really good results, Its just a case of doing your research and taking safely and laying off them. One cycle a year max if your seriously into training...
