look pretty much screwed according to SSN and The Sun
Going to be docked at least 15 points for playing Fraulin. Which means Cardiff and Norwich could go up automatically.
But, could also drag on if clubs decide to take legal action. He played in both games against us, and scored a screamer in one. Mr Chairman, get the lawyers on standby!
thats harsh really harsh but i feel for the fans i know rules are rules but some choo choo who has not done his homework has cost them millions and the fans the dream,
Yep, there'll be some angry ploughing down on his farm!
Hate to go over old ground, but I didn't have any ill-feeling towards WHU, Tevez or Hammers fans over the 'Tevez Affair' It was all down to the owners messing things up, then trying to hide paperwork, etc. It wasn't until all the EPL showed their true colours and WHU fans started getting a bee in their bonnet that I started to think that they were possibly lower life forms
The QPR lad in question was signed by Magilton, but apparently they've known he wasn't a legible player for a long time and continued to play him. Again the owners cock up. Hopefully the Football League will have more balls than the Premier League and dock them points. Every other team that has done something similar (other than WHU) has faced a similar punishment.
Good news for Canaries and Bluebirds and their flight to the Premier League. Bet old Bernie has got a good team of lawyers though!
Despite my allegiance I would be gutted for QPR and their fans - bit of a soft spot due to a family connections....I reckon a massive fine will be the outcome, perhaps even a seven digit figure....
Why would it be harsh for the to be docked points, they've knowingly been playing an illegible player?
If they're not docked points, it's a complete farce. What's the point in having rules if they're not enforced? Fine them a few £million, what's the value of promotion to the prem? £40m-odd?
EDIT: I've nothing against QPR, and would like to see them promoted. Especially with Sir Neil
Clubs get wot they deserve if knowing wot they did was wrong, just the double standards i hate,if its consistent rules then evryone knows, its the fans that always feel the hurt so despite qpr means nothing to me feel gutted for the fans....................
Can't see them being docked enough points to prevent automatic promotion - would be a hornet's nest of legal actions all round. More likely five points, say, this season and five next. And a fine cos they can afford it.
