Damian Dempsey is a singer songwriter who's lyrics appear in some of the graffiti, the actual artist is MASER. I wouldn't say it's prolific tbh but it's there, sometimes subtle, sometimes on a big scale like the flats. His website is here http://maserart.com/projects.php?name=Bike&index=1

It sure is. Mind you, most of them are hand-painted. Great stuff to see for real. The chick is Karen Gillan, from the Doctor who-series. Lovely girl indeed!
