Can't wait for this myself. I watched the original series when it was on (didn't have a clue what was going on - I was only about 9!) but watched it again last year on DVD and it's right up there with the best tv the BBC have ever produced.
Went to watch this last night, really enjoyed it to be fair. As said a superb cast, I love anything to do with espionage etc and the script didn't disappoint. Gary Oldman is a top notch actor and has never really received the full acknowledgement of his work which is so diverse. The story draws you in and keeps you guessing all the way through till near the end. Set against a backdrop of Europe in the cold war the whole feeling of the film is cool is fuck IMO. Best film I've seen this year by a mile.
