Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
Think am getting 35 ish miles to gallon in my 1.2 corsa, full tank usually lasts a month and a bit, below half so the dreaded trip to the petrol station awaits :(

Its a fookin joke....why do we accept these price rises (i know the alternative aint attractive) but i mean they really are taking the piss now....they always seem to blame it on rising oil costs and the cost of production...but they are still increasing their profits....the gas and electricity companies are shafting us aswell....the thing is that once the prices go up they very rarely come down.....the price of oil went up last year big time so the petrol prices went up aswell...since then the price of oil had come way down more in line with what it was before the increase but the fookin petrol prices and gas and leccy prices dontcome down do they....and theyll go up again shortly....the government should step in and cap the amount of profit these bastards are allowed to steal from us because thats what theyre doing.....absolute cunts.

yeah i have deisel and it's £1.21.9 atm in morrisons, 30ish mpg 3 years ago when i brought my van it was £65 to fill it up, it's now £90 but on a good note, one of my m8's told me yesterday of a truckstop by us thats doing it at £1 a litre, think i'll be heading there from now on
No good moaning about it ,we do fuck all, every once in a while the truckers do a "go slow"on motorways etc, bout time this fucking country took stance and said enough is enough, look at the students now,if we all stood tall and together i'm sure we would make the fuckers who pretend to run this shithole take notice, fucking scandalous piss taking country we live in,work your nuts off, taxed to the fucking hilt and pay top fucking wack for everything, work it out i bet out of your wage your not left with 20% of the fucker after hidden taxes
Fucking joke, even the autogas now is up to 72p a litre, wasn't that long ago that diesel was at 80p. The government will never do fuck all about it,they don't pay for their own fuel and the more profits the oil companies make the more tax they pay to the government.

well said that man! Think more and more people have had enough. Direct action is the only thing left for the working man. Think next spring/ summer could get very interesting.
Fuel costs cripple me because the rate I get back from work only covers 75% of my work mileage. Depressing that you have to be out of pocket before you can start to earn your living. Hate to say it, but the French have got the right idea.
I wouldn't mind so much if fuel costs were going up and public transport was getting cheaper, but they're both going through the roof!
