Englishmen has a unique way of behaving abroad, kinda like they are still a colonizing superpower and rules everyone. Alot of locals are disgrunteled by this and some return the favour in a less than ok manner.
My parents got an appartment in southern Spain in a small town and every summer when there is scuffles its always involving english boys and 99% of the time its their own fault unfortunately.
I don't condone stabbings or muggings either at football or just around town but there is a patern
I understand what you are saying and it is unfortunate but it tends to be the "innocents" that get attacked nowadays in places like Napoli, lads who are not after a row. Of course if you go over there looking for it then you can have no complaints. You have to play by their rules when abroad and they tool up.
It may seem a bit harsh, but you know what you are getting into when you go to these places, so don't fucking moan about it. And as for anyone who brings the family with them, they potentially need social services looking at their ability to be a parent.

every single time a british club goes to play in italy, just a risk you taking i suppose, more so if you go looking for it, surely that would the most stupid thing ever considering the reports every time we play there !!
