sounds more along the lines of Oi Polloi customer service .. strange always found END very helpful ..
I've experienced vice versa to that...oi polloi have always sorted me out (even offered me advice on what to do about the Quoddys) however Ends manager didn't even bother responding to my email of complaint! Arrogant F**k!

They done similar to my mate, his Norse Nunk jacket got caught in a bit of light rain and all faded round the pockets and immediately looked washed out. End were unwilling to do anything about it.
