If I'm honest I've not seen any news for a couple of days, just looking at some of the pictures now. It's incredible to think I spent most of yesterday morning wading through shoppers, whilst parts of the country are knee deep in water.

Watched the Tyne burst it's banks yesterday morning....fantastic to watch from the comfort of a high up house but must be sole destroying if your propertys affected.

Thankfully eased off last night, managed to escape any serious damage, couple of our friends evacuated for there own safety though.
