I've got a nephew with special needs and cannot understand why anyone would want to make a joke about them,as for changing the channel the prick shouldn't even be on tv

agree , freedom of speech and democracy seperates us from countries such as Iran / China to some extent .. I'm not saying there shouldn't be freedom of speech , but I did ask the line ? where should it be drawn ? Freedom of Speech is fine , but that isn't an excuse or tool to lean on to say anything at all you want ..

Even so, I don't think you can say "Topics x, y and z are out of bounds", it's the intent behind them. When Jimmy Carr told his joke about the Iraq war producing a great Paralympc team it was because people should think more about the consequences of war.When Bernard Manning told a joke about how black people steal, it was because he didn't like black people.

Where's the line? Honestly, I don't know. Anywhere you put you are going to have people saying it's too far one way or the other. No easy answer.

It's not even about crossing a line, he's just not funny. You can be funny and shocking but turning around and saying "I FUCK KIDS" isn't funny. He's a bit like Family Guy, stupid jokes for idiots.
The only couple of times I think he's really been out of order is when he has a pop at that ugly olympic swimmer (not her fault, nothing to do with why she's famous), and that joke about Jordan's little lad.
