Just back from Amsterdam and was in Egypt a few months back with the missus, so nothing exotic planned. Going down to London for the weekend next month and Belfast in July.
Hoping to get Hamburg booked up again shortly as well, been 3 times now and it's fucking ideal for a great and fairly cheap lads weekend away. I go for football but I was unlucky enough to go across and the game was called off and it was still a brilliant trip. Would recommend it!
Well, 5 years ago was it cheap there. Now think the normal prices there mate. Think £2 for a pint at Restaurants etc, and in clubs some more for beer and booze. Just spend last year there 1200 euro's in 12 days. Its indeed possible for £1 a pint by a bar i think, but every year other actions etc.
Oh, BTW look out for the horrible Bulgarian people there. They ask for money the little kids, and they will ripp you of! ( Maybe is walk there still a boy with reverse legs [spook] ) Don't walk never alone in the night mate.
Boulevard is a massive place with a lot of young people, and also much couples. Night out is fuckin brilliant there
Where you stay if i may ask?
Yea I've heard about some of the scams like the fruit one etc, sounds like it could be a naughty place if your drunk and clueless. I think we'll only be going for a week though so won't spend to much not that we'll be on a budget mind. Not to sure on hotel yet been looking around but comments on trip advisor have put us off a few.
Any recommendations fella?
Confusion in her eyes that says it all. She's lost control.....

True mate about the fruit. If you take one, you must buy the rest. Little mafia city............. Well, 2 times there never have any problems after party's!
Alright then, maybe you can some find hotels by the boulevard??? Briz Beach is excellent.
Really enjoyed Sunny Beach when we went, booked everything separate too, rented an apartment and flights and had a great time, some hair raising moments and very cheap when we were there.
Just back from my annual winter trip to the Reef.Ended up in hospital for 4 days with gastritus and Insurance company were not going to cover 2000 euros cost until I protested.Worst weather we've had in Tenerife all the winters I've been(last 14).Tropical storms forecast and torrential rain till Tuesday so folk just heading over will be disappointed.Chance you take though.Noticed very few young ones this year compared to even last year.Pubs up the strip were dead last Saturday, never seen it as empty as that ever.Sign of the times.
Just literary got home from Copenhagen & Malmo. My 2nd time in Copenhagen loved it the first time and a little bit more this time. Malmo was a bit of a disappointment and Tresbien is only open on a Saturday so never got chance to see it.. Norse store was decent.. Best store in Copenhagen was easily Goods store.
The Mrs is holiday mad so summer holiday to Canne and Nice is booked for August. Never been to the South of France before so any recommendations are more than welcome.
Off to Malia with the lads at the start of July, then depending on whether i get an internship or not (1000/1 i reckon) a second trip abroad may be on the cards, berlin i'm thinking....but it'll probably be ibiza.....or kavos.

Done Copenhagen 4 times now due to having family over there. It's always a great trip although an expensive one.

Best tip is take plenty of money !! Stopped going a fair few years back because the price of everything just got silly, especially Cannes. Nice is a big city, with an average beach. August is busy as French and Italians holiday in August. I always went July around Bastille day, great atmosphere with huge firework displays out at sea. Coastal train is great takes you too lots of great little resorts like juan les pins, villefrance, Monaco, beauliau and menton to name a few. Boat from Cannes to st tropez is a good day out. Juan les pins is better for couples under 40.

Ah should have let me know, I work in Norse - could have given you some tips - including that malmö is not worth a visit!! Goods is a great shop as well, their new location is brilliant by the lake.
Am going to italy with my girlfriend sometime during the summer, but not sure where to go. Naples maybe? Milano?
The category of the prosumer commodity does not signify a democratization of the media towards participatory systems, but the total commodification of human creativity
Was meant to be going on a trip around Europe for 3 weeks doing a bit of inter-railing. That's fell through as my mate who I was going with has some personal problems on at the moment, so can't commit.
Off to India with work for 3 weeks at the end of this month though and will get some spare time so that should be good! All expenses paid on that as well, so a unique opportunity there. I'm off to Benicassim as well for the festival in July for 5 days with some other mates.
Hoping to get away again September/October time as well.
Yeah Naples isn't great. Sorrento is a nice place though, but still all ran by the mafia. Lots of stuff to do like Vesuvius, pompei and Capri(expensive!) but also a few nice beaches around- I went to positano which was really nice but you have to pay 10 euros per person(not per sunbed!) to get on the beach because its all ran by the mafia. Marina grande beach is supposed to be nice too. If anyone goes, only get a hire car if you're an experienced/confident driver, the winding roads on top of a cliff are dodgy as fuck. I'd definitely recommend it though if you're not going for a shit sit by the pool surrounded by Englishmen holiday.

Went to Naples for the day whilst staying in Sorrento....dodgy as fuck but still enjoyed our day there! the Almalfi Coast is beautiful and so much to see and do. If you go anywhere try and get to Ravello, Ischea and Procida.
Dirty old river, must you keep rolling, Flowing into the night.......
