Looking back i should have bought Ross' Iphone5 when he had it up for sale....anyway....
My blackberry packed up last week and today was the first chance i had to go out and have a look for a new phone....
The new iphone is due out in the next few months and My contract us up the 6th of November.
I'm contemplating paying £220 cash upfront for the phone and £43 a month for an iphone5....The high cost is due to it being a 12 MONTH CONTRACT.....
So....I'm looking to see if anyone has an idea to how much an average contract would be when the new iphone comes out for;
A small ammount of minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited data.
would it be more/less than £43 a month if i wasn't to pay cash upfront for the phone.
That 12 month contract including phone cost would cost me £716 and over 2 years the new iphone if i was to get a decent priced contract and a free phone would cost me just over a grand....surely the logical thing to do would be to wait and get the new one the day it comes out ??
You would be a lot better and cheaper buying the iPhone 5 out right you will get one for between £300-£350 on gumtree then going on a pay monthly sim only deal which is just a 30 day rolling contract. Virgin have some really cheap ones the dearest being £15 for unlimited calls, text and data

an iphone would be wasted on me and can think of better uses for £35 a months for 18months.
