Looking at getting my daughter one for Christmas , for work she needs something light , portable , but good cause she does a lot of assignments ..
Views please those who have one ..

I'm considering getting the smallest size screen one with the smallest memory in Feb, half way to saving for one.

Thing is does anyone know how long it will be before the next one is out?

I bought one off the apple refurb store last week. 13 inch, 2013 version, I paid 800 quid for it. It was freezing when I was trying to connect the wifi so I sent it back and they couldn't have been more helpful and sent out another one in working order with more ram and a faster processor, so it turned out rather well!

I'd thoroughly recommend it, really quick and easy to use.

just bought my daughter the mac , to then read no disc .. technology and us ole fogies don't mix ..
