Pike Brothers PT Sweater grey & black (first series).
The abbreviation P.T. was short for Physical Training and originated in the late 20s. Our sweatshirts have the same design as the old P.T. Sweaters, which have been used by all sorts of athletes. Pattern and details like the wide cuffs, V-collar and woven label are from the early 30s.
Further are:
Extra heavy (600 grams) jersey fabric
100% cotton
Wide cuffs and waist band
Woven label
Pike Brothers stitching on the back
Tapered body
P2P 57
Shoulder to cuff 65
Neck to Hem 62
Includes unopened envelope with Pike Brothers goodies.
Bought last week but too big for me.
Anyone interested in this before i send it back?
