I was drinking a friends home brew whilst in my cellar.

When this had gone it was Old Peculiar.

I like stout, unfortunately stout doesn't like me.

You should have had a trip to Kelham Island in Sheff. Home of real ale!

Finding ale is the only drink that agrees with me these days, until the wobblies kick in and I switch to rum

I loved it, I drink a lot of imported beers here and compared go England they taste shit. Most likely all the preservatives they put in them here.

My trip was 7 days of heavy drinking and only had one shitty morning but I believe it was due to jet lag.

I had a few Kelham Island "Easy Rider" last night, absolutely great beer?

Fave tipple has got to be Abbeydale's Deception, and they only have it on at the Bath Hotel off West Street...

Fucking cracking stuff.

Dragon Stout is fantastic, however impossible to get hold of in Sweden. A friend tried to have Systembolaget importing it, but were told that it was owned by Guiness and they didn't want Dragon Stout on the Swedish market as it would compete with Guiness?!? Either it was true, or they were to lazy to arrange the import. So, tonights beer will be Modus Hoperandi IPA from Ska Brewery Co. (!), http://www.skabrewing.com. Will probably enjoy it while watching BBC's new documentary Reggae Britannia.

Last night had a couple of pints of Captain Cook`s Endeavor,very tasty!

Just picked a couple of these up from Lidl and got to say it's one of the tastiest beers I've ever had!

Think it has been brewed in brandy barrels at least that's the way it tastes.

I was on Blue Monkeys "BG Sips" yesterday then enough gin to keep 100 old women happy.

No beer (having a dry weekend) so will be sipping one of these bad boys with dinner

love the ale myself, favourites at the moment are harveys best, timothy tailor landlord, old peculier and abbot reserve, saying that I've just had a couple of cans of fursty ferret and anm on the red vino now

nice strong bitter taste almost like a cream flow bitter but darker with a good hoob taste imo, i liked it anyway
