Road Race tomorrow, Time Trial Weds and as much of the track as I can catch. Really looking forward to the Team Pursuit, would love Wiggo to go out on top and hopefully smash the WR in the process ( as they did in training last week ! )
Always watch bits of the Athletics and I'm sure there will be plenty of other stuff catches my eye.

Any pictures of HER?
No T, just memory's of incredible flexibility, an uncanny sense of balance and unfeasibly strong legs for something so small...rest assured it was destroyed before i moved on..lack of any real baby feeders...it's a deal breaker for me
She did compete to quite a high level before i met her of course...lets be fair after meeting me she struggled to walk in a straight line

Doing well. Saw one of my mates lads earlier who won 4 medals, 2 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze in the world Karate championships that was held in Poland early this year and he was saying that he will Godwilling be representing Great Britain in Tokyo next Olympics. 2 other mates lads also won medals in Poland and are looking at going toTokyo as well. 2020 is the first year that Karate will be included in the Olympics.
Thought the men's omnium was exciting to watch, a sort of heptathlon on wheels. Gutted Cav didn't get his gold but like he said the best man won. Trott looks invincible in the women's yet looking at her you wouldn't think she could throw her leg over a saddle.

Disappointed for Cav but best man won and tbh Cav was lucky not to get DQ'd, shocking move Trotty is in the form of her life, absolutely outstanding and makes it look so easy. Tactically on a different level imho, today should be a formality but you never know and it only takes one Cav like move to wipe her out
Good luck to Becky James today, would love her to get another medal after all the injury issues she's had.
