Tone obviously will have a view but was he doing that bad? On the road they seemed to be picking up results regular. Championship is a tough league. A lot of big outfits in there.
"The nightmares invading the sleep of Bayern fans involve four horsemen of the Champions League Apocalypse riding towards them. As the faces come into focus, they will recognise Frank Lampard, Cole, Petr Cech and Drogba. All were immense..."
Absolutely gutted for the big man, he is West Brom through and through! Let's not kid ourselves he was tactically naive, his game plan was to go out and score more goals than the opposition, when we failed to score, there was no plan B. We've had a shit defense all season which was not helped by the lack of financial support from the board, leaving Big Dave to have to rely on loan signings. Losing Barnes to Leicester was the turning point of our season, everything went through him, when he was recalled we lost our momentum and never recovered. The owner says everything that is wrong with modern football, its not about entertaining the paying public who live and breathe the game, its all about profit. Who flung dung or what ever his name is thinks that by changing the manager, a manager loved by the players and fans will change our fortunes? What he fails to realize is it will be the same group of players, the same players who struggled last season in the PL, what happens if we do get promoted? we are not equipped for it, with no investment we will go straight back down. The board missed a golden opportunity when we were on a roll during the January transfer window but did nothing and DM has paid the price!

It baffled me when he played Dwight Gayle on the wing against us, he's the one player I didn't want to see on your team sheet, until I saw he wasn't going to be centre forward. I like Darren Moore though and I can't see the point of letting him go at this late stage of the season. Rumours are big Ron is going back...
