Looks like Chelsea will be getting less than 10,000 tickets for the final in Amsterdam. I was hoping that it not being as big a final as the CL there would be more on offer than last year. 18,000 went into a ballot in December to the general public. I wonder how many fans will be paying through the nose for them. I'm in two minds whether to go without a ticket again. Although it was a cracking trip last year. Mind you, it is Amsterdam.

Proper stadium too. Get transport with your ticket and everyone enjoys a beer in the ground. The only solution in England is to vote with your feet and not go.

All booked up. Got a direct return flight from Malaga. Saves to much messing about. Means I land early afternoon on Tuesday. Managed to get a hostel in the center of the Red Light district for £35 for two nights. Should be interesting. It's got a Sports Bar underneath, so if the ticket hunting fails (likely) at least I've got a confirmed back up plan.

I would imagine any Chelsea season ticket holder who's attended even one Europa league away match will almost be gurented a ticket for the final cant say any fairer than that

Good choice for the Hostel and underneath Sports Bar. 10 minutes walk from Central Station mate. Fine Hostel for only sleep, and pretty good Pub for breakfast, live sports etc etc. Go out the Hostel to left. By the first bridge also left. Walking in the alley, walk over the bridge, go right and you find the great Old Sailor Pub.
