Nar, it ain't gonna happen!
Why would he want to come to West Brom and like you say, fight relegation, when he can sit on the bench all season at Chelsea, not kick a ball in anger and become your official trophy lifter?

Quote: Hammertime wrote in post #531Agree Steve, head went ( literally ). Mind Vardys reaction was ridiculous, wonder he isn't claiming against himself for whiplash the sly wanker.
Fair play to Leicester done well, still think the players need to have a long hard look at themselves though tut tut.
Not that I condone Vardys reaction, but the continental players have been doing this for years. Until FIFA stamp this out with retrospective punishment it will remain as part of our game. Doesn't sit well when you're feigning injury to gain the upper hand, that's not the British way. He got a yellow deservedly so and the yellow bring Nasris second , had to go. Least he didn't wink like Ronaldo v England when Rooney went if that's any consolation.
As for Leicester and the Ranieri scenario, his sacking doesn't sit well with me. I know for a fact there were meetings between players and the owners. However , Ranieri had lost the dressing room, Vardy told my pal back in October that the squad and backroom staff were not on the same page as he stifled what we were about last season. He didn't talk to the players. The rift became bigger and he was changing things last minute after he had been away all week. Basically the players didn't know what to do, and nothing had been worked on. It's a real difficult one as the very same players , Ranieri made into personally very wealthy Champions.
We move on, 4 wins later, we are looking safer and safer, a quarter final to look forward to. The footballing community asking why had everyone stopped working for Claudio......
Tbf you can't argue with the boards decision based on results, amazing turn around since he went so many would argue they got it right. There was obviously something not right, which now appears to be fixed. Didn't go yesterday but seemed a great game, amazed we didn't get anything after the onslaught of the last 20 mins but thats football, FairPlay Kasper had a blinder. CL next round should be a cracking game.
Gonna be tight Tim .. Felt defeat was on the cards for us .. Impressive how you beat Burnley today, tough games them away .. Midweek games could make it very interesting ..
