Agree. And plenty seem to forget the large periods he was anonymous.... like from xmas last season

absoluteley no chance of obtaining a ticket for any of the away matches hard enough getting them at a cheapish price for the home games at the moment ...even beamed back the shitty League Cup game away at Burnley and the millwall game back to the ground due to demand.. ...im guessing your ticket will be around 44.00 when you come to Leeds...

I'm being really picky here but imo we are not as good as everyone is making out.....just yet.
And as for Lukaku being hailed as one of the best strikers in europe . At the moment he reminds me of Andy Cole = great work rate but needs a few chances every game to be sure of scoring. He's not as clinical as you need to be at the top level....just yet.
Can't grumble at your results though that's for sure , and winning mentality goes a long way as well as confidence .. City against Chelsea were simply awesome .. Chelsea not, anywhere in the game , but did looked bit fooked from CL Wednesday , still not an excuse but must say City were different class ..

Pains me to say it but they were different class yesterday against you. Guardiola got it spot on.
More worrying for you is the Sunday Times reporting this morning that Contes had enough and is off at the end of the season.
Thing with Chelsea is they never stick by a manager , they've adopted the Barca / Real mantra , where the squad and who's in it is much more important than the manager , it's never going to be long term with any manager. It wouldn't surprise me if he left before that , then it'll be whoever Roman wants to play the style he wants , and who he then thinks can win trophies. Read that past few years Chelsea sold players came to £500 million ! And our squad is way too small to compete on four trophies. Mad yesterday we played for so long without a striker. The tactics and transfer decisions at the club are baffling at times. Great result midweek though , but the frailties showed yesterday.
Bang on wungit about both your form and lukaku. He'll score the goals to potentially win you the pl but won't be the difference in the latter stages of the cl.
As for us conte will be seething as although well beaten yesterday he knows the transfer business was poor whereas citys was good. Keep what you have and strengthen. Arguably we've done neither. I love morata but essentially 1 striker is a nonsense. We'll struggle at times trying to keep cl and pl challenges going.

If they are honest they will be gutted, The Special One
I think the problem with the Chelsea haters on here was down to Mourinho, he's a fuckin tit. If everything is going his way he bathes in the glory but when it goes tits up it's everybody else's fault bar his.
Won't bother me 1 bit. The only reason I don't regret him returning the second time is because of slippy Steve and preventing them winning it. I think we can all be thankful for that otherwise he should have left the legacy where it was.

Makes no odds to me. Chelsea have a different manager almost each season. The only manager I really was gutted left was Ancelloti. Time was right for Jose to go , it all fell apart and was very sour. I think Utd will finish higher than City , and if that means the league then fair play. Jose has a pattern that is no different to,any club he's been to. All great to start with , titles , then it all crumbles. He's so self obsessed it's unreal. Honestly it might be different at Utd , but somehow I don't think so.

1) There was a rumour set by a person (who was connected with Mendes' camp) at the time when JM joined United that his departure from Chelsea was very well engineered by him. After seeing how ambitous/self obsessed/ Sly he is, it is definitely believable. I sent it to Ramsees over on OA and he agreed it wasnt beyond JM and the realms of possibility...
2) I've said this for a long time that after United, JM really hasnt got anywhere to go: Madrid wont want him back, Barca wouldnt touch him with a shitty stick, neither would Munich or you....so the only job that may appeal to him maybe the Portugese job. He's 54 now, so in 6/7/8/9 years it could be the ideal time to step into International Retirement. Also the person in /\ also told me that he's obsessed with SAF's acheievements and wants to be regarded in the same way as SAF. Given the fact that he will get nowhere near SAF's record of 13 Premiership Titles you can see JM winning the Prem 3/4/5 times during his stay but targeting at least 3 Champions League titles to put him up there above SAF (in europe) and that'll be his legacy.
The fans have warmed to him and he has -so far in this second season- adapted to the traditions of the club. So the signs are there that he's in for long haul.

Can.t see man u winning the CL 3 times under JM..and theres no way he.ll anyway near his premiership haul...however how many more times would he have to win the CL to become the most successful coach in that competition ..that could be his legacey
