Woys on a different planet, absolutely deluded imo, his press conference included a comment along the lines of he doesn't mind who we play in the knock out stages and whoever we play the opposition will look and think they are in for a tough game and wont fancy it!! Kin ell , after the last night especially I bet every team in the tournament is absolutely shitting themselves I wasn't expecting much last night , thought we'd scrape a 1-0 but I can honestly say they could still be playing now and have not scored.
I agree all 3 sides were negative but surely it's our job to break them down?we have no world class players imo and what happens if the side we play next is negative?we won't be able to score and we are fucked with penaltys so that will be us out. gonna have a post of indulgence here but have to say, our achievement has been immense. No one gave us a prayer of exiting the group. What was it Bilic said...'everyone knows they won't make it out of the group'..... Keeper with no contract, 38 year old Aaron Hughes, big Mac at 36, Centre backs at full back, Championship players up front,....Goalkeeper turned striker as sub....and the most loved player in the tournament who hasn't and likely won't play a second but has the song everyone wants you couldn't make it up. Proud as fuck of our wee country. And our Support has been something else....gutted I won't it out this weekend to France.
