Lenny change what you're drinking mate. Ditch the beer. Stick to gin or straight whiskey or bourbon. Avoid white bread pasta.pile on the cous cous Salmon chicken etc. Mate there's a sour dough white that's decent if you must on the bread which I use the odd time but ordinary white is mustard. And most importantly... always ask Tone what he eats.... and then avoid it

Sort that breakfast out as Muesli is loaded with processed sugar and banana's are high in sugar as well.
Swap it for boiled or scrambled eggs.
Try and drink two cups of japanese matcha tea which supresses appetite whilst giving loads of energy.
Cut out processed sugar and stick to the above and you'll do alright and drop a kg or two a week.
