Actually, just seen this. As I understand it a court of law cleared him of using racially aggravated words (or whatever the charge is) but the FA have charged him with using insulting words or behaviour. This is a lesser charge and does not mean he is guilty of being racist just using insulting words or behaviours which could mean saying 'fuck off'. Clever from the FA. Typically corrupt work from the FA, but yeh... Seems like they screwed him big time.

Not the negrito argument again! It is deemed fine to use in South America.....amongst friends in friendly conversation. Suarez and Evra aren't friends and weren't involved in friendly chat. Suarez used it over and over again to try and wind Evra up and even pinched his skin during their spat. No one said Suarez was racist, even the FA said they didn't believe he was, but then again he wasn't found guilty of being a racist, was he? Finally, you don't have to be a fully fledged racist to use racist language. Just like you don't have to be a vampire to bite someone, you know like Suarez did.

actually, he reason he was cleared in a court of law was because he didn't "clearly racially abuse Ferdinand" and have video evidence prove it. Otherwise he'd have been found guilty regardless of what his defence was that's also why the FA felt the need to be sure they didn't charge him with the same offence as under their own laws, they'd have had to follow the Court ruling decision. That is, unless those super sleuths at the FA turned up significant evidence which the courts didn't have.

typical of the southern/man utd bias at the FA. Fergie gets a nighthood for winning CL and titles. Shankly get FA as for DSuarez. The first hand shake was a set up by Evra. I genuily believe Suarez put his hand out with Evra making it impoossible for a hand shake that Suarez had to go looking for. He siad so himself and I have to say he admitted he said what he said to Evra[wrong yes but he admitted his guilt in the middle oof a intene derby game. we all say thinggs like all the time.
