Never have I seen such diving in a Chelsea shirt since the days of Drogba and Robben, those guys could spot a foul coming their way from 50 yards away!

he's 38 R. Not a good situation when your transfer target is toying between signing for you or going on Strictly ffs.....

I like Conte anall mate, he has a genuine passion for the game unlike today's footballers. The little man dig at Mourinho will go down as one of the best put downs in PL history
@ Mr ramsees, IF we beat win Monday does it make you shitterer
all started in the summer. The Costa fiasco which in public, looked poor on Conte (sacking by text) but in reality, I think Conte was simply reiterating what was agreed last Xmas which was Costa could go wherever he wanted but only at the season end. Then Costa had 2 minds and probably also didn't want forced a certain direction. Conte said 'eh? you ain't in my plans - as we agreed' and the rest is history. Secondly the transfer targets/business was damnable. Bakayoko for Matic? Morata the only striker aside from Batshaui. Missed the defensive targets. We weakened a squad that a) badly needed improved to remain near the Man City/Utd levels who strengthened significantly b) Needed expanded to cope with the CL on top of the PL and cups. And neither happened.
The counter arguments for Conte is the decision to let kids go like Charlie Musonda or Tommy Abrahams or Nathan Ake or even Loftus Cheek who would have been better than Bakayoko! They could easily have done a job but that may not have been all his doing. And he seems a bit inflexible with his tactics at times. Hazard as a false number 9 hasn't worked once that I've seen yet he keeps persevering. I love Conte but he's a shadow of the man from last season. It's clear he knows he's going at season end and he's going out swinging by showing the board up for their failings. And yes, many of us enjoyed his Mourinho spat especially when he coerced ole Jose to go below the belt (as usual).

Rumour's now gathering pace that Conte could be on his way to Real at the end of the season, taking with him Hazard, Courtois and Azpilicueta.
I that were to happen, it would see the end of Chelsea as a top 4 club, surely Abramovich's advisers can see this? Imo he should stick with Conte and let him run the show how he sees fit, he didn't do a bad job last season did he?
Tone if he'd been backed in the summer we wouldn't be far off city. I love his passion but hazard will cost real a kings ransom. Courtois? I'd cash in. He's good. Not great. Cech was great in his pomp. And no way Dave will leave. He's captain, much loved and a class act. Too early this summer for his return to Spain.
Joking aside the likelihood of not being top 4 consistently is slim in that even if the ruskie bails the Chinese and Arabs would be lining up for us because of the London thing. I mean the Saudis invested in citeh even though the locals dress like wungit so imagine the attraction of west London
