Needed them on my mtb and had upgraded them, I'm by no means any kind of expert but had read a lot on hydraulic disc brakes on sportives, so chuffed these are on there.
First fall last week , so confidence knocked a bit .. Small hernia needing an op , so sporting rather nice pair of hernia pants on my rides .. Hoping to fund some new wheels too , upgrade to some Mavic Cosmic Carbon aeros .. Going to join a club next month start cycling places with groups , then end September hoping to go to Switzerland for some scenic cycling ..
I did most the Algarve with a tent on the back 20 odd years ago..Was good crack ..couldn't do it now tho..lot older lot heavier and just not fit enough
It's that time of the year again at the gym. Seasonal bloaters making New Year resolutions to 'lose a few pounds'. Struggling to get on any equipment atm, that is a part from the treadmill, give it a couple of month and it will be back to some sort of normality.
